Overview

Tekton Labs is looking for a Technical Lead in Support Engineering to work on a large-scale video streaming platform used by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, manage end-to-end support operations, and contribute to feature development, SDK updates, and production reliability. This is a senior-level, full-time hybrid opportunity based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership to developers on support-related tasks and production issues

  • Own bug fixes in production applications and verify their resolution
  • Contribute to feature development, SDK updates, code enhancement and refactoring
