Position based in Singapore. Only Singaporean candidates eligible.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Single Point of Contact for all CEC related technical and operational requirements
• Maintain and manage all IT systems delivered in CEC along with required documentation
• Co-ordinate with all the OEMs, partners and Vodafone operation teams as appropriate
• Perform live demonstration of products built into CEC along with CEC Host and sales specialist/solution architects
• Single Point of Contact for deployment of new products or feature enhancements to existing products
• Remote access support for Hong Kong CEC

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Hands on experience in Microsoft technologies including and not limited to Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and TMG.
