Conduct site surveys and provide detailed reports based on survey findings.
Perform quantity surveying for all mechanical equipment and materials related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Prepare the scope of work for all mechanical disciplines, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing.
Prepare cost estimations for the project, covering labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
