Technical Operations Manager – Retail

Our client, an international retail company, is currently looking for a Technical Operations Manager to support and strengthen its continued growth across the Romandie region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day technical and operational management of multiple properties
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all sites
• Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
• Act quickly and effectively in resolving technical issues to minimize operational disruptions
• Supervise and coordinate on-site technicians, caretakers, and external contractors
• Manage maintenance suppliers and service agreements while ensuring quality and cost efficiency
