Technical Operator

The Technical Operator is a highly skilled and experienced member of the manufacturing team, responsible for leading the operation, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment and processes. This role represents the preventive stage of the Technical Operator progression plan, where the operator not only ensures equipment reliability but also leads autonomous maintenance activities, mentors others, and drives factory-wide resilience.


The Technical Operator is a technical leader within the autonomous team, accountable for setting and sustaining standards, diagnosing complex issues, and implementing long-term solutions. They play a key role in preventing breakdowns, optimizing performance, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
