Role Description
- Fresh ITE graduates or ‘O’ level / SPM with at least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge in basic technical troubleshooting competency
- Basic computer literacy and competency in software installation and updates
- Basic mathematics in summing and yield calculation
- Good command of English, instructional comprehension skills
- Strong manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures as part of production and assembly
- Basic written and verbal skills for reporting
- Good small team leadership skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to perform shift work
