Technical Product Manager [Conversational AI / TeleSales]

We are looking for an AI Technical Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions in TeleSales .
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling conversational AI products (voice bots) that engage with cold audiences, qualify leads, and complete applications at a level comparable to human agents.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of product, data, and AI, with a direct impact on revenue growth and business efficiency.


Challenges that await you:


Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products in TeleSales
Designing and launching conversational AI bots for cold outreach and lead qualification
Developing and optimizing dialogue flows and user journeys
Defining and tracking key funnel metrics (conversion rate, lead quality, cost per lead)
Running experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve performance
