Technical Product Manager - Network Operations

• Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessment of available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs.
• Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment to ensure effective delivery of our technology solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, user experience-optimized, stable, and performant technology product that continually meets business needs. Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs, and system enablers are considered, captured, and cascaded to team backlogs.
