The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical expertise, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and business acumen

. The candidate must have started their career in software engineering (preferably Java technologies) and progressed into leading complex technology programs, managing cross-functional teams, client relationships, delivery governance, and business outcomes

. This role requires ownership of program delivery, technical oversight, team leadership, client management, operational excellence, and successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives
