Technical Program Manager

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong Technical Program Management expertise
• Hands-on experience in AWS migration projects
• Strong understanding of Java backend development
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
