**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in technical projects or program management.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience with program management in the networking area with delivering infrastructure assets and vendor management.
+ Experience with data visualization in business intelligence platform.
+ Knowledge of fiber optic systems/submarine cable ecosystem.
+ Understanding of Asian and global carrier networks.
+ Ability to exercise business and technical understanding to drive the long-term objectives of the organization.
