Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description
This role ensures operational risk work for critical Technology Service Management platforms is planned, tracked, and delivered on time. This analyst owns the coordination, escalation, and reporting of risk driven tasks in support of three platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, and Master Data Hub) that enable key Global Technology processes. The role partners with technical staff who identify and execute the mitigation action steps and with TSM leaders who need visibility into this portfolio of work’s status, obstacles and areas needing attention.
• Receive, analyze, and organize operational and risk driven work from multiple sources (security, continuity planning, application monitoring, etc.)
• Translate incoming work into clear execution plans with defined actions, owners, timelines, and completion criteria
