Technical Project Manager - Data & ETL Delivery

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise data engineering and ETL modernization initiatives. This is a hands-on contractor role requiring strong technical credibility across IBM DataStage, SQL, ServiceNow, and cloud data platforms, combined with exceptional project delivery and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate must be local to McLean, VA and available for on-site engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and ETL modernization programs, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
