Technical project manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep experience delivering enterprise Saa S solutions involving CRM and Call Center technology, data integration and security frameworks. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical and business teams—ensuring seamless execution of software projects that drive customer success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for Saa S system implementations, including integrations, data migrations, and API deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, and customer success) to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
