I. About Project Manager - Scrum Master

The Project Manager - Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the agile process and overseeing the successful delivery of development projects. This role combines the strategic oversight of project management with the servant‑leadership of a Scrum Master. You will be responsible for removing blockers, fostering a high‑performing team culture, and ensuring that project goals are met within the specified timelines and quality standards.

II. Key Duties & Accountabilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closing.
