ZTE is looking for The Technical Project Manager – Data Center / IDC is a hybrid technical delivery and project execution role, responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery of Integrated Data Center (IDC) / Mission Critical E&M projects, from bid support and estimation through planning, site execution, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionSupport end-to-end project delivery for Data Center / IDC E&M projects, including electrical and HVAC scope.Translate bid assumptions into execution plans, schedules, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate site execution activities in alignment with approved scope, schedule, and quality standards.Bid Support, Estimation & BOMSupport bidding and pre-sales activities with technical inputs.Prepare or validate cost estimations, Bill of Materials (BOM), and delivery assumptions.Provide technical and execution inputs to protect project feasibility and margins.Planning & Schedule ControlDevelop and maintain ba...
