Technical Project Manager

Expression is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead project management activities supporting a mission-critical Department of War (DoW) software sustainment and modernization effort within the DISA Spectrum Information System (SIS) environment. 

This role will oversee the operations, maintenance, sustainment, enhancement, cybersecurity, and training activities supporting enterprise EMS (Electromagnetic Spectrum) software capabilities. This role requires a technically proficient leader with experience managing Agile software development teams supporting Federal contracts and classified DoW environments.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and will lead cross-functional technical teams supporting software engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, systems administration, data management, and cloud sustainment activities.
