1. Key Responsibilities:

·End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
·Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.

·Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability for technical roles.
