Job Describtion
POSITION OBJECTIVE
To maximize sales of ADVANTECH products to customers within the territory.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Identify and establish new business
Develop and manage new sales account and Key account
Manage the opportunities funnel to maximise sales conversion rate
Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations
Develop and execute on the annual sales target and marketing plan
Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Provide market intelligence data on new markets, products and competition
Be a leader and role model in teamwork, quality, sense of urgency, and dedication to work and adaptation to changes.
Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions
Review cost and sales performance
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
