About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Technical Service Representative provides on-site technical support and service to customers across the Queensland. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal product performance and safety compliance.
This is a highly field-based role requiring frequent travel to Mt Isa and other customer sites. You’ll be supporting operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe and effective product use.
Key responsibilities include
Conduct product testing on a regular basis, including installation, component, pull and tension tests.
Maintain optimum liaison with customers in each allocated territory.
