Role Description

Franklin Electric Co. is seeking a Technical Service Engineer in Mexico, responsible for providing technical support for Franklin Electric & WDM products through phone and email communications. This role includes resolving technical issues and supporting sales teams with product quotes and client training. 
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a strong understanding of electric motors and controls. Proficiency in English (80%) is essential.
