Technical Services Lead

The Center of Excellence (COE) Technical Services Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and management for new product and marketed product support projects. This role supports internal and contract manufacturing initiatives and involves overseeing all technical aspects related to the division's technologies, as well as managing relationships with other COE Hubs, R&D, Product Supply (PS), and third‑party vendors.

The COE Technical Services Lead will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and robustness of External Manufacturing, aligning with overall business goals and objectives. This position will provide coaching, development, and vision to their team, ensuring a best‑in‑class, motivated and accountable workforce.
