Role Description
Responsibilities
- Handling quality complaint from customer within the SLA and investigate (corrective and preventive action) accordingly to the customer site by identifying potential issues from every angle while visiting in person.
- Provide sample analysis before and after productions.
- Giving technical report after trial and customer visits (collecting data of the production and do defect analysis) then shared to the internal team.
- Coordinate with internal team and for root cause analysis and make sure to handle the complaint until the customer is satisfied.
- Able to propose for improvement specifications according to the market needs/ brand owners to the internal team.
- Identifying gaps between the product specification and customer needs on their printing process.
- Giving technical education for printing and brand owners.
- Creating guidelines for the customer on the product that they used.
