Role Description

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and ensure compliance for PV projects across the region.
  • Lead technical discussions with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and sales team inquiries.
  • Manage customer feedback, defect and claim cases, perform failure analysis, and coordinate internal problem-solving efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional laboratories, institutes, and other industry partners.
  • Represent Jinko Solar at industry events, workshops, and technical conferences.
  • Conduct market and technology analyses to support Jinko Solar’s global technical and product strategy.
  • Support company activities and initiatives across the SSA region.
  • Assist the broader MEA technical team in related operational and strategic tasks.
