Key Responsibilities Lead & Scale:
Directly manage a team of 20–30 engineers, owning delivery, performance, and career development.
(Strong senior ICs without management experience will also be considered.) Trading Systems Ownership:
Oversee the architecture, development, and optimization of exchange trading infrastructure and related platforms. Cross-Border Collaboration:
Work closely with global stakeholders and leadership teams;
