Technical Solution Manager (TSM) – Working Party Civil Aviation – Airbus Fleet

At ORTEC ENGINEERING SPAIN , we are strengthening our senior technical teams to support Airbus Working Party activities within civil aviation programmes.

We are looking for a Technical Solution Manager (TSM) with strong experience in CAMO and MRO environments , capable of defining and coordinating technical solutions during on-site Working Party interventions across major Airbus fleets.

The selected candidate will act as the technical focal point between the operator, CAMO, MRO and OEM engineering teams, ensuring that all technical solutions are compliant, efficient and aligned with airworthiness requirements.
