**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a **Technical Solutions Engineer (Fortinet)** to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Kraków or Warsaw.
In this role, you will **support the internal product team and business partners** by delivering **technical support for IT products** .

**WHAT WILL YOU DO:**

+ **Technical support** for the Arrow ECS product team in promoting IT solutions on the market
+ Supporting **business partners** in selecting appropriate solutions for **end customers** through email, phone, remote consultations, and on-site customer meetings
+ Promoting knowledge of **products and technologies** among partners and end customers (webinars, workshops, conferences)
