**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process).

**Preferred qualifications:**
