Technical specialist- alcatel-lucent enterprise (ale) network

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design & Architecture
Lead end-to-end network design using ALE Omni Switch platforms (Access, Aggregation, Core).
Develop high-availability architectures for enterprise/hospital-grade environments.
Create HLDs, LLDs, migration strategies, and deployment plans.
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and uptime requirements (especially healthcare-critical systems).
Implementation & Deployment
Execute and oversee deployment of Omni Switch (6xxx/7xxx/9xxx series).
Perform network migrations, upgrades, and cutovers with minimal downtime.
Configure advanced features including:
SPB (Shortest Path Bridging)
VLANs, VRFs, Qo S
Multicast, Layer 2/3 protocols
Network segmentation for clinical systems
