The Technical Specialist – Cost Engineering role focuses on establishing and managing a standardized suite of cost engineering services within project services. This position is part of the TAO (Technical and Administrative Operations) team and will provide remote support from locations such as Chennai, Kuala Lumpur, or Manila.
