Experience: 2+ Years

Shift: 6:30 PM -3:30 AM IST

Must-Have Skills:

2–4 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment

Experience in Light Industrial hiring (Admin/Manufacturing/Engineering/Aerospace)

Strong exposure to W2 and Direct Client hiring

Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience handling multiple client requirements simultaneously

Strong relationship-building and process-oriented mindset

Strategic thinker with execution capabilities
