Technical Storekeeper

Job Summary

Technical Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient operation of the engineering store by overseeing the receipt, storage, issuance and documentation of engineering materials and equipment. They ensure that the store operates smoothly to meet the needs of engineering projects and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools and equipment in the store.
  • Define and optimise levels of Reorder Quantity (ROQ) and Reorder Point (ROP).
  • Ensure service levels are maintained while controlling inventory value.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder items to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
