Technical Support Apprentice (Hybrid, BRA)

What You’ll Do

Ideally, you will work around 24 hours a week on projects including, but not limited to:

• Monitoring, triaging and researching technical support requests
• Assisting the CS Operations team in report creation and analysis
• Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness
• Developing communications and digital content to engage customers
• Working on pilot programs for major initiatives
