Job Description
:We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support clients on product and system usage. The role requires strong SQL knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with clients, delivery managers, and technical teams in a fast-paced techno-functional environment.

Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot application and system issues using SQL queries.
