Role Overview
We are in pursuit of a Technical Support Engineer for Route Max product in our Bengaluru office. Route Max is a real time system for end to end pickup and delivery optimization for trucking companies. You will be responsible for the L1/ L2 application support working in US time zone. You will be expected to troubleshoot production issues and respond to incidents within the defined SLAs.
