We’re hiring for our client for a skilled L1/L2 Support Engineer – SaaS Operations. This hire is for the global Support & Operations team to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SaaS clients. This role involves rotating shifts, including evening and night shifts, with all work conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 (phone/email) and L2 (troubleshooting and resolution) support.
- Monitor and manage SaaS platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
- Perform daily operational tasks, including shift and weekend coverage.
- Support release management and automation activities.
