Technical Support Engineer (RF Scanner)

• Salary: $3000 - $4000
• Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Location: Ubi
• Permanent Role + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Handle technical support cases on‑site and via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Escalate and liaise with vendors on technical issues when required.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients or users.
• Support internal product repair and training activities.

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
