Technical Support Engineer with Spanish

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cooling / Air-Conditioning Technician or Engineer to provide remote (telephone-based) technical support for computer room and data center cooling applications.
In this role, you will act as a key technical reference for our customers, leveraging your solid experience in the cooling industry - particularly with DX and chilled-water systems - to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
