Role Description

  • Providing pre-sales technical support/expertise to assist the sales team in their sales effort.
  • Drivers in depth presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales representatives.
  • Continuing role in customer support to address clients’ issue in the usage of organizational products/services.
  • Solve the product related technical and application problems.
  • Assist sales team to explore domestic market and improve the market share in all industries and regions.
  • adding support for larger order such as preparation for special technical documents, necessary technical declarations, assistance with onsite bidding etc.
  • Support on special project such as model selection and information providing on special craft/condition/medium/production requirements.
  • Technical training and communications such as customer onsite/vendor/new intern training, assistance with sales for the onsite technical communications.
