Role Description
Technical Support Representative
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
At Full Potential Solutions (FPS) we welcome candidates who can provide technical support and customer service in both Spanish and English. The role supports phone and internet services, troubleshooting VoIP, broadband and wireless connectivity issues, resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and identifying sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to phone and internet services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot VoIP, broadband, and wireless connectivity problems through remote guidance.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first‑call resolution targets.
- Educate customers on product features, self‑service options, and preventative maintenance tips.
