We're looking for a proactive ROV Technical Support Representative! Leverage your expertise to assist customers via various communication platforms and provide top-tier troubleshooting for complex issues.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless support for mechanical and software components. Your responsibilities include generating service invoices, managing support tickets, and maintaining up-to-date documentation to optimize service quality and reporting.
