Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT Staff to support our daily technical operations. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and security equipment such as CCTV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, networks)
• Install and maintain CCTV systems and security devices
• Perform basic network setup (LAN, internet connections, routers)
• Provide technical support to staff and customers
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates
• Assist in inventory and monitoring of IT equipment
