Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Perform basic system maintenance and updates
  • Assist with IT equipment setup and configuration

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and basic networking concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
