Technical Systems Analyst

At RBC GAM, you can become an integral part of a dynamic team that coordinates production support activities for Global Asset Management's Eagle Investment Accounting System and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of data. You will work with a diverse team helping GAM business users in analyzing, coordinating with multiple subject matter experts to address issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that up-to-date Batch Playbook is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.
• Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all production issues.
• Monitor the library to ensure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and track resolution.
• Support batch processing and job scheduler for GAM portfolio of applications/processes.
