ModernAdvisor is a fast-growing, technology-enabled portfolio manager focused on delivering exceptional client experiences through proprietary technology, efficient operations and high-quality investment management.

We are a small, high-impact product team looking for a hands‑on Technical Team Lead . This role is equal parts technical leadership, architecture ownership, developer coaching, and pragmatic execution.

Our goal is not to replace engineers with AI, but to get the best out of a small, talented team by thoughtfully incorporating AI tools into the development process, improving speed, quality, and developer experience while keeping the platform secure and maintainable.

The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, clear communication skills, and a point of view on how modern teams should build software with AI assistance.
