• Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, Social Science, Sociology, or any related field.
• Candidates should have experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
• At least five (5) years of experience in delivering technical training within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze training data and assess program outcomes for continuous improvement.
