We are looking for an experienced Technical Training professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in designing, executing, and monitoring end to end Technical Training programmes. Additionally, we are looking for someone who have experience in executing learning programs and trainings for the early careers. We are looking for a Data Engineering POD Lead who will serve as a strategic and operational interlock for Data Engineering Practice. This role is responsible for capability planning, POD-level execution, stakeholder alignment, and scalable learning enablement, ensuring that technology skills, platforms, and delivery readiness are aligned with evolving business needs.
