This is a remote position. Candidates with prior Business Analyst experience are highly preferred, as the role involves preparing user-facing documentation, functional documentation, and product manuals for grid monitoring applications. The resource will support documentation activities for our Smart Grid platform, including the existing Meta Alert application and upcoming enhancements.
