About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer with experience crafting high‑quality documentation and RFP responses that communicate complex information with clarity and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing both client‑facing and internal documentation to support our growing suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive guides, FAQs, and release documentation using Zendesk, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ease of understanding.
• Content Updates: Revise and update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, maintaining consistency in tone, formatting, and technical accuracy.
