Technical Writer/Trainer at Pulse Labs

Pulse Labs is looking for a skilled Technical Writer/Trainer for a 6-month remote contract. Work with a leading UX research firm supported by Google and Amazon to develop enriching documentation.

As a Technical Writer/Trainer, you will strengthen both internal and external documentation resources. With at least 2 years of relevant experience, your contributions will be essential in helping onboard new staff and facilitating their understanding of product functionalities. You will capture evolving content requirements tied closely to platform updates while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
